Our commitment to accessibility

Highland is committed to making our physical office and the digital products we build (including this website) as accessible as possible to people with disabilities or unique needs, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments. We're constantly working towards improving accessibility to ensure we provide equal access to all of our users.

If you would like to request accessibility-related assistance, report any accessibility problems, or request any information in accessible alternative formats, get in touch.

Coming in for a visit?

Centrally located in the Loop above Revival Food Hall at 125 S Clark St, the Highland office is easily accessible via CTA, Metra, or Divvy. There is also metered street parking as well several parking garages in the vicinity if you are driving. The building is wheelchair accessible via both the entrance on S Clark St or the entrance around the corner on Adams St.

When you arrive at either entrance, please check in with the front desk. Be sure to have your ID available. They will check you in as a visitor and direct you to take the elevator up to the sixth floor of the building where our office is located. If coming up from Clark, when you exit the elevator, turn to your right and follow the hallway until you arrive at Suite 670. If coming from Adams, turn right and follow the hallway around the corner until you arrive at Suite 670. You’ll see the Highland sign outside our door, and you’ll know you’re in the right place!
