Beth Mankowski

Elizabeth Mankowski joined Highland in 2017, bringing 18 years of software delivery experience. She has held various roles ranging from business analyst to project manager to Agile product owner. In all of them, she has focused on delivering high-value, high-quality solutions that allow clients to streamline their day-to-day operational processes. By listening carefully for pain points, communicating clearly, and monitoring priorities, Beth fosters joint ownership of software solutions with client stakeholders. Her experience crosses many verticals, including insurance, OTC financial products, real estate, government, and healthcare. She finds reward in working with self-forming agile teams, applying lean principles, and learning continuously, in addition to client success.

Beth holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Wittenberg University and a master's degree in technical writing from DePaul University.
