Client challenge

Barron sought to eliminate multiple operating systems through an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that would connect to SugarCRM.

Highland’s Solution

Highland led an in-person brainstorming session with members of Barron’s team where internal processes were discussed and mapped out on a granular level.

Highland led an in-person brainstorming session with members of Barron’s team where internal processes were discussed and mapped out on a granular level. Additionally, we went through some exercises to establish the goals and requirements Barron needed from a CRM to determine how to best utilize SugarCRM’s solutions to navigate their unique business needs. After the highly productive in-person session, Highland collaborated with Barron’s IT department to work on connecting their existing ERP system to SugarCRM. Once live, Highland trained the Barron team on the SugarCRM solutions via remote sessions. Since launch, there has been a continued partnership with Barron and Highland.

"I’ve dealt with different implementers and programs over the years. What sets Highland Solutions apart from competitors is that they’re more interested in what’s important for me. They’re interested in me as a business rather than me as a customer, which makes all the difference. They have helped develop a lot of things that are particular to us."

– VP of Sales at Barron Designs

"They look at the long game vs the short, which is pretty humbling. Throughout the process, I’ve been pretty amazed at how some things turned out, especially considering they didn’t know our unique business model when we started."
