How we got here
For over 25 years, Highland has driven success through research, design, and digital innovation. Our work to boost member engagement began with a medical society's mobile app, resulting in an 84% increase in engagement. Recognizing this as a widespread challenge for associations, we committed ourselves to finding broader solutions.
Through extensive research and collaboration with forward-thinking membership leaders we developed the Young Professional Membership Index (YPMI). By partnering with innovative associations and leveraging our expertise, we seek to amplify these discoveries across the wider association landscape.
