We also know how important online reviews can be in shaping prospective clients’ opinions. Thanks to the internet, now we have another medium that people go to for advice on where to take their business. Surprisingly, what people read online is almost as effective as word-of-mouth — 84% of people trust online reviews as much as if a friend recommended a company. It’s safe to say that as far as reviews go, people really do believe most of what they read online.
This is why we take our online presence seriously. Clutch, a B2B ratings and reviews website, ranks us as one of the best IT consultants for a variety of services due in large part to our positive reviews. Recently, we made it to the #1 spot on their list of SugarCRM Consultants, a ranking we are incredibly proud of.
We recently developed a SugarCRM solution for a client in the hospitality sector. After implementing the system, we provided hands-on training with the new platform and showed the client how to transfer data over from Google and Excel. The new system also input any leads that came from the website directly into Sugar.
