Life as a Highlander
Since 1999, our team of researchers, strategists, designers, developers, business consultants, and implementers has helped organizations launch and implement hundreds of digital products—turning their biggest uncertainties into opportunities for growth.

Do purposeful and meaningful work that impacts human flourishing.
Question everything openly and fearlessly. Challenge each other.
Work in flexible, hybrid work rhythms. (4 days WFH, 1 day in office, personal flexibility).
Stay connected with colleagues through monthly all team meetings and quarterly all-team days.
Belong to small, dedicated project teams.
Deliver work at a sustainable pace, with project work at 32-36 hours per week and limited travel.
We welcome differences
As a deeply people-oriented company, we think it matters which voices are represented on our team. We currently nurture a team with previous lives in art, theology, architecture, philosophy, industrial design, and many others. All in all, we’re proud to be bringing the humanities to technology.
Having a diverse range of lived experiences at Highland means there’s a deeper well of knowledge to draw from when we’re connecting with a new client or solving complex problems. Highland is proudly committed to nurturing a culture of diversity and inclusion.
