His career is marked by significant design & product achievements in financial services, education, energy, logistics, and medical associations. Notably, Patrick played a key role in designing an award-winning regulated documentation software by identifying a market gap and rapidly developing a web app that inspired a dedicated team to manage its growth
and roadmap.

Before assuming his current position, Patrick worked as a product designer in market data intelligence, where he refined his approach to collaborative design thinking. His educational foundation in Theatre with a focus on scenic design has imbued him with unique visual storytelling skills that enhance his UX methodology.

His years at Starbucks, where he coached business units to improve customer interactions through better employee support and store design, also honed his skills in fostering & guiding cross-functional teams, and translating service opportunities into actionable business strategies & operations.
