Patrick Ruff approaches product design through the lens of service design and systems thinking. He’s spent the majority of his career helping organizations understand how their products could interact with one another and how to improve their greater product ecosystem.

He’s designed solutions in product marketing, cloud management, and financial services. Improving employee experiences is his central driving factor and the pillar of his experience with Starbucks, where he spent 13 years consistently improving the employee experience and, in turn, creating exceptional customer experiences.
