We’ve talked at length on this blog about how customer experience is the only durable competitive advantage. This mantra drives the work we do to help our clients create impactful experiences for their customers. But we also think this mentality applies to directly to our client relationships.
That’s why it’s particularly meaningful to be recognized as a Top Chicago Developer by Clutch, a platform that publishes verified client reviews. We’ve also been featured highly among the top Product Designers in Chicago — rapidly growing market that we’re excited to be a part of.
To qualify us for this award, Clutch spoke to our past clients to get feedback about our processes and deliverables. Along with client interviews, Clutch Analysts conducted market research to see how Highland stacked up against competitors. Other factors included thought leadership, type, and quality of clients, work portfolio, and expertise.
We are really proud of our partnership with Clutch because we’re completely removed from the evaluation process, giving our current and potential partners even greater transparency into what it’s like to work with us (one of our four Highland values).
