Our guest today, Dr. David Russ, has created a revolutionary way to treat children with anxiety. Turnaround is a digital audio program for kids based on clinically proven cognitive therapy methods. In this episode “Dr. David” teaches us about the “nuts and bolts” of anxiety and how they designed a program geared towards the vocabulary, attention span and imagination of kids. He also shares his personal family story which inspired the product.
