Digital Product Roundtable

A community of digital product leaders, from startups to corporate innovators

About Us

The Digital Product Roundtable is a free, invitation-only cohort of leaders who share a passion for product thinking and shipping digital products, and face the unique challenges of shifting established organizations from projects to products.

The Roundtable began in 2019 as a lunch gathering of a handful of leaders in established organizations. The roundtable idea has since grown to nearly 100 members across four groups.

About You

You’re a product leader in an established organization. You’re leading critical work with digital product teams while teaching, evangelizing, and sometimes defending a new way of working.

It's sometimes easy to align on best practices for product-led companies who just accept product mindsets and practices as normal. But it can be hard to manage up and down the org around particular growth challenges, or create net-new product in an established organization.

How We Convene

The Roundtable meets virtually once per month. Session topics are driven by member interest. These virtual gatherings are a mix of peer sharing, outside experts, and collaborative sessions.

We meet in-person in Chicago twice a year for a day of connection and learning across all three roundtables. Members also share a private Slack group.

Share best practices

Engage with other leaders in similar contexts, covering core topics in product practices, team leadership, navigating organizational dynamics, and more.

Explore Interests

Go deep on particular areas of interest in group and 1:1 formats through selecting monthly topics and a private Slack group.

Foster Connections

Connect with leaders at organizations across the country for support, perspective, and problem solving.

Expand Horizons

Hear from outside experts on emergent practice areas and product-centered methods to drive more effective outcomes and impact at your organization.
