Bridgett Colling joined the Highland team as Marketing Manager in 2017. She's responsible for all of Highland's marketing initiatives from strategy to implementation. She's responsible for communicating Highland's values, work philosophy, and expertise outward so that potential clients and team members get to know and trust us.
Bridgett has worked almost exclusively with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, including Make-A-Wish, NPR Detroit, Chicago Ideas Week, and YouTube for Good. She strongly believes that the world needs ethical marketers so that organizations who do great work can reach more people. Outside of the office, you can usually find her cooking up new recipes, biking around the city, or dancing in her apartment (sometimes with her cat).
