Director, Marketing & People Operations
Bridgett Colling joined the Highland team as Marketing Manager in 2017. She helped build Highland's marketing presence from the ground up, communicating our values and expertise outward through blog posts, email marketing, events, and our website. She transitioned into a new role as Director of Marketing & People Operations in 2020, continuing to shape marketing strategy while also leading Highland's work around culture and team member growth.
Bridgett has worked almost exclusively with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, including Make-A-Wish, NPR Detroit, Chicago Ideas Week, and YouTube for Good. She strongly believes that the world needs ethical marketers so that organizations who do great work can reach more people.
