Patty is a Certified SugarCRM Administrator, utilizing her skills in interface design to customizes our clients' SaaS solutions. Her experience with training gives her a strong understanding of end-user preferences when it comes to how SaaS solutions are designed and how they function. Prior to joining Highland in 2014, Patty worked as a graphic designer specializing in electronic communication.
